The New “Virgin America Experience” Quality Survey

Tired of feeling like your word isn’t heard? Do you think filling out a paper survey is worthless? In our most recent customer service initiative, Virgin America will now offer the unique “Virgin American Experience” in-flight quality survey for customers. We have created a new, easy to use, quick response customer service program to ensure your experience with us is the best.

The “Virgin American Experience” in-flight quality survey can be taken at any point throughout your journey with us, whether it is waiting to take off, in flight, or taxing to your gate in your destination city. The survey is provided on your personal in-seat touch screen, to make it the most convenient for you, the customer. Within the survey you will answer questions about:

· Check-in process
· Airline Cleanliness
· Overhead Availability
· Flight attendant courtesy, care, and attentiveness

The survey—based on a number system—ranks the above sections, with the opportunity to expand on your experience with multiple comment sections. At the beginning of each flight the attendants will input their names into the system, allowing you to critique their individual performance. This will ensure that your input and experience is not only recorded, but also heard by the employees who will make the difference. Each period, the top 10% of employees with the best reviews will be rewarded. This incentive guarantees our employees will work to make your experience the best in the sky.
